Hope Lutheran School has been in operation since 1996. It was begun to promote Christian education in combination with academic excellence to the greater community. The mission of the school is to develop a student's fullest learning potential by providing a nurturing student-centered Christian environment showing the love of Jesus Christ.

The school enrolls children ages six weeks through five years old whose birthday is too late to attend public Kindergarten All staff are First Aid/CPR trained.

Breakfast, lunch and two snacks are served daily. All meals meet the requirements of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Child Nutrition Program.

The "A Beka" Christian curriculum is taught to those ages 2 to 5. When the child completes this program he/she is well prepared for Kindergarten. "Witness" and "Weekly Reader" are also used with these classes. Chapel is held weekly for the 3 to 5 year olds where they learn the Bible stories common to all Christian religions.
